Chef Martha Curry

While trying to find her passion in life, Chef Martha took a class at San Francisco Baking institute. She fell in love with baking and pastry and decided to enroll in their professional program. After graduating, she returned to UC Davis and changed her major to food science. Ever since, she has worked on perfecting her craft by working in restaurants in Sacramento and surrounding areas. This included spending two years in Napa Valley working at Bouchon.

At Bouchon, Chef Martha, worked under renowned chef- Thomas Keller. During her time at Bouchon, she was able to prove herself worthy of a scholarship from Thomas Keller. She used this opportunity to study in France at Ecole le Notre. Her time in France improved her skills and gave her inspiration to bring classic french pastries to Sacramento.

Amour de Patisserie is the product of Chef Martha's years of work in restaurants, her inspirations, and most importantly her love of the craft.
